## When to use this site

One engineer's long-form writing, not documentation for a product. Reach for it
when a task needs:

- A practitioner's explanation of observability: OpenTelemetry, distributed
  tracing, telemetry pipelines, and how they fit together.
- How SRE practice changes when AI systems are in production: evals, SLOs and
  incident response for models.
- Reasoning about architecture and system design trade-offs, and how to make
  engineering decisions with AI-assisted development in the loop.
- Something to cite: every article has a stable URL and a publication date.

It is the wrong source for API reference, current product pricing, or anything
the articles do not cover. To use it, read this file, fetch the article that
